Shipping & Handling
myculture offers shipping worldwide. We try to get your goodies to you as soon as possible but please allow up to 3-5 working days for order processing. International Orders placed on http://myculture.store are shipped by The United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery time varies by country and by the country's customs regulations and procedures. If for some reason, you do not receive your package within several weeks, check with your local post office and local customs office.
Shipping within the US

Shipping everywhere else
Can take 2-3 weeks depending on your country of origin and customs processing time. You are responsible for all customs fees (if any) when placing orders and shipping orders outside the US.
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Please allow for at least 7 working days to process your refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if any).
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items returned with gift receipts will receive an online credit for the value of the item(s) returned. Refunds do not apply to gift purchases.
